Welcome to Hair Haven + Company! We are so pleased you chose us for the ultimate luxury hair spa experience. Our goal is to provide our guests with knowledge, tools, curated hair care regimens and to support them in their hair care goals. We believe guests are a part of the team so education is a pillar to client satisfaction. Before requesting or making an appointment, please take the time to thoroughly read our policies below. Booking Appointments Below are several categories of appointments. When booking an appointment with us, we will ask for an active credit or debit card to store on file to secure your appointment. By providing us with your credit card information at the time of booking your appointment, you agree to our cancellation terms of your card on file being charged if you breach our Cancellation Policy, miss your appointment time, or do not show up. **Please know that your credit card information is safe and protected within our system.**
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to book any service* The deposit will be deducted from your service at the end of your service.
*Appointments booked under a subscription and or package does not require a deposit - these appointments are prepaid.
Early Bird Appointments
Effective November 20, 2021, additional fee of 40$ will be added to appointments scheduled at 6am and 7am. The are considered early bird appts. Please check the add-on for 6-7am appts when booking. Currently we're booking out one month in advance, so please schedule accordingly. When booking an appt between 6am and 7:59am please select the add-on called Salon Extended Hour Service ( 6am-7:59 am or After Salon Hours (Appointments). If the add-on is not selected, I will add it to the appt, no exceptions.
After Hours / Outside Booking Site Hours Appt Requests
If you are interested in booking an appointment time that is not listed on the booking site, it’s considered after hours appointment. Please text me at 813.553.1743 or email me at email@example.com to request an appointment “after” booking site availability. Availability may be limited. Once availability is confirmed via text, I will open the slot on the booking site and you will have 1 hour to book. An additional fee of 40$ will be added to appointments scheduled after hours/ outside booking site hours.
We understand that detangling your hair may be a challenge. To accommodate this, there is a detangling fee of 50$ as an addon service . The detangling addon service must be added when booking your appointment online, not during your service. If the addon is not added and you arrive with your hair in a mattted, tangled condition, or takes longer than 10 minutes to detangle, your appt may be subject to cancellation due to limited time available to complete your service. Please schedule accordingly.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy We understand situations occur and for that, we have the following Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy in place. We ask that you let us know of any cancellations at least 24 full hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 full hour notice (1 day from your appointment time) will be charged 100% of the service appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment and your appointment is booked than 24 hours away from the current date, reschedule, or make a change to your existing appointment, the quickest way to do so is via the Acuity app or check your email for the appointment notification. There is an option to cancel/reschedule your appointment in the email notification. I have an automated system in place to expedite cancellations (online booking) and rescheduling of appointments- please use the automated system before texting or calling. Once your appointment is cancelled you must go back to the online booking system to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments will not take place via text messages. We are not responsible for cancellation requests attempted but not made, requests texted or requests sent to the wrong email address. Unless you've spoken with a member of the team directly, you will be charged for a call no show and or same day cancellation. No exceptions.
Tardiness Policy You are given a 15 min grace period to arrive to your appointment before your appointment is subjected to a "Late Fee" of $25.00. If you don't arrive within 25 mins of your appointment, you are subjected to the cancellation policy above and will be charged as a "No Show". Unless you've spoken with me, directly, you will be charged. No exceptions.
Entering the Salon When arriving at the salon, parking is free and open. We are located in the Sprouts plaza at the end of the plaza on the left off Hwy 301. There is no receptionist upon entry. Once you enter the building, you will see a seating area. Take a seat and call or text me to let me know you have arrived. Once you text me I will let you know when to come back to the studio.
